When are you open? The studio is open Tuesday - Friday from 9-5 by appointmnet only. Select evening and weekends may be available. How can do I schedule an appointment? All visits to our studio, whether to pick up an order or to be photographed, are by appointment only. The nature of our work requires staff to periodically leave the studio for on-location sessions. In order to preserve your valuable time and serve you best in person, we request you call the studio before stopping by to schedule a time to visit (603.626.7300). How long will our session last? It depends on the type of session you're scheduling! A general time investment for most indoor and outdoor sessions is one hour. Some of our appointments for small children are tailored to meet their needs. Senior portrait sessions range from a half hour to one and a half hours in length. An hour-long portrait premier immediately follows your time with the photographer; therefore, most sessions last for two hours. How do we choose our portraits? All images are chosen following your portrait sessions with our projection room. When do we pay for our portraits? All portraiture is custom art work and therefore we require full payment for all purchases at the time your order is placed. What payment methods do you accept? You may pay via cash, personal check or credit card. We accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa. How long does it take to receive our portraits? Most portraiture is ready for pick in two and a half weeks. Orders placed for custom framing and design may take longer to produce and an estimated delivery date will be provided to you when you place your order. We will call you as soon as your portraits are ready! Do you book appointments on the weekend? Yes, we are available on select Saturdays. Do you photograph pets? All the time! We love working with your furry family members but require all pets to be older than six weeks and housebroken before they are brought into our studio to be photographed. Can my parents/relatives come by to purchase prints? Of course; our clients always tell us how much their loved ones rave about their portraits. They're welcome to visit the studio to view your session and place an order. Also, if they know which images they would like, they may simply call us over the phone and place an order with one of our helpful staff (603.626.7300). Are you available for destination events? Jeff and Carolle have photographed events and portraits all over the United States, Puerto Rico, Turks and Caicos, Jamaica, Mexico and Italy. With proper notice and planning, we are happy to arrange a destination event for you and your loved ones. How much are your session fees? Depending on the type of session you reserve, session fees may start at $80 and go upwards of $195+. We require your session fee payment at the time you make your appointment to reserve your time slot. Will you travel to my home? Yes, we love to make portraits in your home. Can we have a session photographed outside? Absolutely! We frequently photograph clients in the park, at the beach and even in their homes.
